Developing special starters for OEM requirements.
We have already developed special starters for customers in specialised applications. Outer dimensions of the a starter can me modified and tailor made along with modifications to orientation of the 3 mounting holes. Along with these, modifications to the body, end housing and mounting bracket of a starter is also possible. This is done to accommodate engine block fouling or difficulty in installation. In certain cases, we have also developed new pinions.
Introducing a special range of starters which is bigger than a S40 model but smaller than a S50 model. This range is called S45. This Range has more torque and starting power than a S40 range of starters.
End housing colour coding for our customers in order to differentiate various starter models at a glance.
Fitting a safety (E SWITCH) electric switch to a starter that can be used in a dual pocket bell housing application along with an electric self-starter or any other alternate starting system. This is a fail-safe system that allows both the starters to be fitted simultaneously.
Special spring-loaded cranking handles tailor made to suit the application needs of our customers. We can add a bush or nylon guide or a safety spring. We can also alter the length of the cranking handle.
Packaging is something we pride ourselves on. We use tin boxes made from sustainable material. These boxes last for years and can be used to store various other equipment.
