Only the tailor made primary disc springs are sourced from a reputed supplier. Other sundry components like Fasteners, ball bearings and O-rings are bought out.

We do not outsource any vital components of the starter. We have full control over production and quality.

We are happy to entertain and open to customization.

The major machining facilities available with Workwell comprises of specialised machine tools. In addition to which, the machine shop is also equipped with adequate numbers of CNC’S and general-purpose machines for carrying out supporting activities. Close tolerance grinding of heat-treated components is also carried out in house.

We also possess quality control facilities for checking of components at various stages of manufacture and carry out assembly/sub-assembly of components wherever necessary.

Workwell is having long term arrangement with modern foundries, responsible for production of all iron and steel castings, e.g. graded grey iron, malleable iron, S.G. iron, C.S. etc.
